Description
Performance and Feature
1. It can produce ultra-thin or fluffy pulp cotton core type sanitary napkin, which is in independent fast-easy package.
2. PLC+ touching screen+ frequency regulator system.
3. It is equipped with touching screener and man-machine interface to display production parameter and breakdown.
4. Without stopping machine, automatically re-feed and exchange toiler paper, non-mover fabric, PE film; auto control material tension, exchange material get rid of wasted products, Auto stop machine when breakdown takes place.
5. Teeth-like crusher can take treated or untreated rolled pulp
6. The transmission system consists of shaft, gearbox and synchronous belt. Each working unit are driven by the system of universal joints which minimize shortage due to gearing system, so as to make transmission smoother.
